Welcome to EriVio Lanosa, a cozy studio above the garage on our riverfront property, across from the Tuckasegee River. Named for the hairy lip fern on our land (“lanosa” means soft or woolly), it’s our snuggest space. This freshly finished studio has a full bed, a full-size sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a full bath. Minutes from WCU, downtown Sylva, and endless mountain adventures, with the river right across the road. We’ve thought of the little things so you can settle in and relax.
